How do I add my dog's name?

On the product page, pick a size, then tap "Step 1: Add your dog's name". Type the name and you will see it on the bandana before you buy. When you are happy, continue and add it to your cart.

Can I check the name before I order?

Yes. You type the name yourself and see a preview first. Please check the spelling carefully, because we print exactly what you enter.

Is everything really made to order?

Yes. Nothing is pre-made. Your bandana is printed with your dog's name after you order, which is why it takes a little longer than something off a shelf.

Who makes my order?

We design every piece. It is then printed and posted by our print partner in the United States.

Where do you deliver?

Right now we deliver to the United States and Canada. We are working on adding more countries.

How long will it take to arrive?

Each order is made first, then posted. The estimated delivery time for your address is shown at checkout, and you will get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

How do I choose the right size?

Our bandanas clip on with an adjustable collar and come in S, M and XL. Measure around your dog's neck where a collar would sit, then check the size table on the product page. If your dog is between sizes, go up.

How do I look after it?

The fabric is soft polyester that keeps its colour. Wipe it clean with a dry cloth.

What if it arrives wrong or damaged?

We reprint it free. Email hello@woofkira.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Can I return or exchange it?

Because each piece is made for your dog, we can't take it back for change of mind, a size chosen in error, or a name typed incorrectly. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law.
