Refund policy

Every Woofkira piece is made to order for your dog, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, a size chosen in error, or a name entered incorrectly at checkout. Please check your preview carefully before you order.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, email hello@woofkira.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
